I thought it was funny while standing in the comic store I realized every book I was getting this week the main characters have red hair. All three of them. This cover of Wayward doesn't show the main character though. Just thought I'd share that with you. Any way..
First I got Wayward #13.
To be honest I'm starting to get tired of this book. I really liked it at first and then it went in a different direction then I wanted it too. This issue was okay. I find that this book has way to many cuss words. I know it's rated M, but still sometimes they put them in sentences that don't need a cuss word. It just sounds weird. I don't remember this issue doing it though. I like how this is like Japanese myths and stuff, but I think I need a break from it. If you like Japanese myths, and don't mind cussing or blood I would say sure check it out. For this issue though in my opinion I give it one and a half kitty paws out of four.
Next is Poison Ivy Cycle Of Life And Death #1.
I was really excited for this book and that might be way I just thought it was okay. If I get to excited it kinda messes it up for me. I have to remember I might not like it and if I do that I usually like it more. Any way this book wasn't bad, but it didn't really have anything great either. I would have preferred Harley not to be in it, but that's just my opinion. Plus we didn't need to see Poison Ivy undress. It was just unnecessary. I didn't really like the way Poison Ivy acted, but it makes sense for her. Hopefully I will like the next one better. If you like Poison Ivy I would say check it out. I give Poison Ivy one and a half kitty paws out of four. (Yes I know again.)
Next is Patsy Walker AKA Hellcat #2.
I liked this one, but not as much as the first one. Partly might be because I got angry too. I feel for Patsy for about whats going on in this issue. I can understand why she is mad. I just wanted to jump in the comic and try and help her out. Probably to yell at her old friend too. The art is still great. So I say give it a try and see if you get mad too. I give Patsy Walker two kitty paws out of four.
I was actually kinda disappointed this time, but that's probably because I was to excited. So as you can tell my favorite for this week is Patsy Walker AKA Hellcat. Thanks for reading!

Here are the comics I got for 1/6/16 & 1/13/16, not in any order.
First I got Gotham Academy #14.
I always like Gotham Academy. I think it's really good. I usually like the art too. In this issue they had multiple artists. I liked some of them and some of them I just thought were okay. I thought this was a good issue, but I don't really like how it ends. It like it doesn't end like its missing a page or something. Maybe that's just me though. If you think the same please let me know in the comments. I would still recommend this issue though. I love the friendship between Olive and Maps. I think they are awesome! Over all I give Gotham Academy #14 3 kitty paws out of 4.
Next up is Swamp Thing #1
I thought this one was alright. Not great, but not bad. I found it kinda silly, but that's not bad. I just would have made it a little less silly. My husband said it seemed like an old style comic to him. I'm still going to get the next one, but this wasn't the best comic out of all the ones I got. I did enjoy it though. I give this one 2 kitty paws out of 4.
Next is Power Cubed #4.
This is another silly one, but I think it fits better for this book and it's characters. Yeah it can be a little to silly too, but I still think it works better. It makes me laugh inside. I like how the villain isn't that great of a villain, yet he is the villain. I think this book would be great for people who want something that's just silly, but entertaining. I give this one 2 and a half paws out of 4.
Next is A-Force #1 (2016 version)
I thought this one was pretty good. I like stories of people not fitting in or feeling lost and I thought this book kinda had that. I like how it made me feel bad for the character and wanted to help her out. I can't wait to see where this goes. There is one part in this book where I was just like lol oh my Marvel, who doesn't know what they are talking about. I won't tell you what it is though, so I don't spoil it for the people who are going to read it. I definitely recommend this one. I give this one 3 kitty paws out of 4.
Next is Superman American Alien #3.
I didn't really like this one. The cover pretty much says it all for me. I don't like that it seems like they are showing that Superman isn't a goody two shoes. Because I think he is and he should be. There is one part of this I like about future friends, but I don't want to spoil it for y'all that are going to get this. I don't really recommend this one, but if you are getting this series you might as well get this one too. I give this one 1 kitty paw out of 4.
Next is All New Wolverine #4.
I really liked this one. I like when Laura hangs out with other members from Marvel. I like to see how she acts and gets along with other characters. I really like that they put Doctor Strange in this. I wish him and Laura got more time together though. I like how she is with him. I think they did a good job of keeping Laura's character her. I think it felt right. I also like the story going on in this book and how it relates and effects her. I can't wait to see what they do with it. I kinda hope they don't just throw it away, but we shall see. I definitely recommend this book. Especially if you liked Laura's other book X-23. I give this one 3 and a half kitty paws out of 4.
Well that's all the comics I got. I hope y'all liked my little thoughts/review. It's not hard to tell which comic is my favorite from this load, but it's All New Wolverine. What comic was your favorite from your load? Please let me know in the comments. Thanks for reading!
I decided to try and make review videos. Here is my first one. It's for Monster High Mega Bloks. I hope it's not terrible. Thanks for watching!
I know this is late, but I got the comic late, so I hope that is okay with everyone. I just gotta post my thoughts on this. I went to the comic store the other week and saw Patsy Walker aka Hellcat #1 on the shelf and I liked the cover plus its kinda about cats and I love cats. Any way I picked it up and flipped through it and decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. I really liked it. I thought it was really good. It's not a serious comic, which I like sometimes. It was also funny too. I like funny stuff. The art is really good too. It's one of my favorite parts about the book. I love how the artist sometimes draws her chibi style. It's so cute and I think it fits well.
(Like in the picture here.)
I definitely recommend this book if you are into more light and funny comics. It seems pretty good for kids too. I'm definitely going to be picking up issue 2. I did try to make a youtube video about this, but I didn't really like the way it came out. If you would like me to make videos on reviewing comics please let me know in the comments. Thanks for reading!
Patsy Walker Aka Hellcat #1 - $3.59 Retail Price: $3.99 You Save: $0.40 from: Things From Another World My husband and his brother recently started making youtube videos again, so I thought I would try to make one. You won't believe all the things that went wrong. First my lighting, light bulb burnt out and I don't have any extras, so I was gonna have crappy lighting. Then the batteries on my camera died. I put new ones in, but it still said it was dying. Then my phone wouldn't hook up to my computer. Everything was just going wrong. I finally got my phone to connect, so I am working on a short toy hunt video right now. The other video though I don't know if I'm gonna try and put that one up. They are probably both terrible. I just had to let y'all know just how difficult it was for me today to make a youtube video. I can't let it stop me though. I got to at lest try one. So for those of y'all who care here is my crappy toy hunt video. Also for those who want to see my husbands you can go here.
I don't know if y'all have heard of Over The Garden Wall, but last year it was a Cartoon network special for Halloween and Thanksgiving. Me, my husband, and my sister watched it and we loved it! Thankfully this year it came out on dvd and I bought it and have re-watched twice now.
I'm going to make it a tridition to watch it every year. It's just a great show. It's funny, cute, and fall themed. I wish there was more like this. Any way this post is about how it had a mini series that I also got and liked and I just found out that It is getting an on going series in April! :O I'm excited and can't wait. I will definitely be pre-ordering this at my local comic shop. If you are interested you can do so too. I just had to let y'all know.
